Summary:
The East Meadows Detention Pond is overgrown and needs to be cleaned for drainage performance. On October 19, 2021, the City Council authorized the solicitation of bids for this project. JBM Landscape & Irrigation LLC is the low bidder ate a cost of $57,155.00. Because this project was not included in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget, a budget amendment is required to appropriate the necessary funding. This project will be charged to the Storm Water Fund Budget and will be funded by the prior year revenue of the Storm Water Fund, which is available for this purpose.
