Consideration of and action on a resolution to amend the authorized representatives to transmit funds, withdraw funds, and/or take all other actions necessary or appropriate for the investment of public funds in TexPool/TexPool Prime.

Summary: Resolution No. 2012-05 dated June 19, 2012 authorized the current Director of Finance, Donna Todd, as a representative to transmit funds, withdraw funds, and/or take all other actions necessary or appropriate for the investment of public funds in TexPool/TexPool Prime. Ms. Todd previously announced her retirement effective January 31, 2022. At the December 21, 2021 City Council meeting, Sara Robinson was confirmed as the new Director of Finance effective February 1, 2022. With this change, it is necessary to name Ms. Robinson as an authorized representative for TexPool/TexPool Prime. With this change, the following are authorized representatives to transmit funds, withdraw funds, and/or take all other actions necessary or appropriate for the investment of public funds in TexPool/TexPool Prime:
James “Jay” Stokes, City Manager
Sara Robinson, Director of Finance
Tara Riley, Accounting Supervisor

Recommended action
