Summary:
The City of Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department solicited request for proposals from vendors to complete mowing services on City maintained facilities around the City of Deer Park. The City received five (5) sealed proposals for mowing and edging services on January 7th, 2022. Proposals received were from Chem Spray, Inc. JBM Landscape and Irrigation, LLC, CoreLandscape Group, LLC, Houston Grotech Services, and Horticare Landscape Management.
The submitted competitive sealed proposals were evaluated and scored using a scoring mechanism to determine the best proposal for mowing services for selected facilities in the City of Deer Park. The committee of staff members scored the proposals and the recommendation is to award the contract to Seril, Inc. (Houston Grotech Services) This contract will include the below listed services. The contract is to begin February 1, 2022 and end on September 30, 2022. This contract has the option to renew up to 3 concurrent years.
