Summary: RECTRAC is comprehensive recreation software that helps cities handle marketing, registration, and promotion. The features include event management, registration management, membership management, employee management, billing & invoicing, facility management, check-in / check-out, child care, league/team management, and rental management.
On 12/18/2018, Council approved the purchase of RECTRAC Software Services from Vermont Systems for $100,866.00 (AUT 18-050). Additionally, as part of the FY 21-22 City Budget, Council approved $42,500.00 for training and implementing RECTRAC Software Services to replace existing ACTIVENET Software Services.
Staff is requesting authorization for the City to enter into an agreement with Vermont Systems for RECTRAC Software Services for this training and implementation.

The Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Parks & Recreation Department Budget includes an amount of $42,500.00 in Account No. 10-430-42790, Software - Other
