Summary:
The Public Works Department is requesting to purchase through the Buy Board the services of Fuquay, Inc. to rehabilitate the Green Valley Lift Station. The Water/Sewer Maintenance Division budgeted $100,000 to clean sludge and debris from larger lift stations. Doing so, helps maintain the operation of the lift station as well as prevents foul odors. Fuquay has quoted $88,860.00 to perform this work.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
$100,000 is available in the Water & Sewer Maintenance account #400-501-49130.

Approve the purchase of services from Fuquay, Inc., through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Program to perform the Rehabilitation of the Green Valley Lift Station Project.
