THREE minute time limit. A registration sign up form is available in the Council Chambers and citizens must be  
registered by five minutes prior to the start of the meeting time.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
1. Approval of minutes of the regular Board of Adjustment meeting and the  
Public Hearing (LaBua) both held on June 1, 2026.

NEW BUSINESS  
2. Consideration of and action on the results of the Public Hearing for Mona  
Milligan, on behalf of K. Hovnanian Homes for a four (4) foot variance to the  
rear building line to construct a home at 1905 N. Wildflower.  
Recommended Action:  
Approval to GRANT or DENY Request.  
3. Consideration of and action on the results of the Public Hearing for Ignacio  
Ramirez for a four (4) foot variance to the height of an accessory building to  
construct a pool house at 2040 Oklahoma Avenue.  
Recommended Action:  
Approval to GRANT or DENY request.  
4. Consideration of and action on the results of the Public Hearing for Mary  
Buice and Edward Gomez for a variance to construct a carport not attached  
to a garage at 325 Helen Drive.  
Recommended Action:  
Approval to GRANT or DENY request.  
5. Consideration of and action on a calling for a Public Hearing on August 3,  
2026 at 6:30 pm. on the request from Frank Preston for a one (1) foot six  
(6) inch variance to the height of an accessory building at 1201 E.  
Pasadena Boulevard.  
Recommended Action:  
Approve calling a Public Hearing on August 3, 2026 at 6:30 pm. on the  
request from Frank Preston for a one (1) foot six (6) inch variance to the  
height of an accessory building at 1201 E. Pasadena Boulevard.
